The main problem we usually face while using iTunes store is the incompatibility.Since iTunes store has its audio files in M4a file format,it does not work when it is played using other kinds of media players.Obviously M4a file format requires less space than MP3 format.But this advantage becomes a drawback when it is not able to play in other media players.So i started my searching for a software which converts M4a to MP3 file format and found a Free M4a to MP3 Converter.
