FIX THE DRIVER PROBLEMS (LIKE BSOD) BY UPDATING THEM FREELY

Hi friends,

              The major problems in Operating Systems are due to some driver problems, so that updating those drivers will stop creating problems related to Drivers such as BSOD.. There are many driver updation softwares, but most of them costs higher & not affordable by many users. Here i am suggesting a freeware named Device doctor. This is what i am using for updating  my drivers.

• After Installing Device doctor, Open it & click on Begin scan Button
• It will Scan all drivers and produce a list,which all are the drivers to be downloaded for updation

• By clicking the Download Update button it will open the download link
• We can download & update the drivers.

• After Updating each and every driver restart your PC..
• After the completion of all updates, again Scan to check, whether they are updated  correctly.. If no, update them again..

HOW TO ADD - ADD GADGET BUTTON ?

Hi friends,

           Some Blogger templates doesn't have add Gadget button at some parts of the layout, so that we should manually add them.. It's very easy to get those buttons.. Go to Layout->Edit HTML form your Blogger Dashboard

                                                          wherever there is showaddelement='No' change it to showaddelement='yes' .. Some of them doesn't even having this showaddelement='No'.. For example some footers doesn't have these parameters.. In such cases paste the following code after the 

<div id='footer'>
<b:section class='footer1' id='footer1' showaddelement='yes'>
</b:section>

It can also be used for creating add-widget buttons in sidebars by pasting it after <div class='sidebar1'> , <div class='sidebar2'> , <div class='sidebar3'> tags in your HTML code.

                 Power Consumption Control is the very big issue now a days in PC world. There are so many ways to reduce the power consumption. One of them is sheduling the turn-off instead of leaving it in ON mode full night. we may keep our Computer in On mode for processes such as downloading,Anti-virus scanning,etc during night times. But we know the rough time of Ending of these processes( For e.g some download Time can be roughly of 3hours). So that we can perform a sheduled Turn-off using WinOff.

                                                WinOFF can shedule reboot,hibernate and Turn-off events.The steps are given below.

• Download WinOFF from Softpedia (After going to softpedia.dom click on EXTERNAL MIRROR1)
• Install WinOFF and then open it
• According to your Easiness shedule a Shutdown by giving the time or giving the count (Eg: 3.00AM or After 2.30hours)

            After a long search,I got an application to optimize the images (reduce the size of the without affecting its quality). The Application is nothing other than Ashampoo Photo Optimizer. There are two easy steps to do it with..

• Using this Application just Open the file or folder that contains the photos to be optimized. 
• Then just click the Optimize button below the image & click on save. That's all, now your image is optimized.

It reduces my image having 1.5MB(taken by Digital camera) to 897KB. Not only reduction in size, but also increased the clarity. we can also undo the optimized image by just clicking on the undo optimize button.

                  All of us know to take screen shot of current monitor display using the printscreen key from keyboard. But so many of us doesn't know to capture the video from the monitor. There is a simple software to capture streaming in our monitor. It is a freeware. CamStudio is the name of the software.The steps for nice capturing of movements in your screen are given below:

• After installing the software, Open it & go to Options->Program Options and set the "Minimize program on start Recording"
• Then goto Options-> Keyboard Shortcuts
• There will be a window displayed, there check the "Alt" under Stop key as shown in the image below. Then click on OK

• Thats all. Now press the Red Color button in the Program to Start Recording & pree Alt+F9 to stop Recording.
• After Recording, save the avi file

        Like mozilla firefox, google chrome also going to have extensions. This was said by Erik Kay and Aaron Boodman, Software Engineers @ Chrome blog

They have said as follows

"These last few days, it seems that the extensions team has developed a newfound love for the F5 key. We all keep refreshing the "Most recent" page of our new gallery, obsessively checking the newest amazing extensions that developers have uploaded. Today, we get to share this nervous tic with millions of Google Chrome's users. We're launching extensions in the beta channel for Windows and Linux (Mac is in progress). We're also opening our gallery, which, as of now, contains more than 300 extensions!

An extension system has been one of our most requested features for Google Chrome. It's a tribute to Mozilla and the Firefox project that nowadays, users just expect all browsers to have built-in extensibility.

We started the project by presenting a design doc that outlined our vision to create an extensions system based on web technologies - a system that is easy to use, stable, more secure and that wouldn't slow down Google Chrome. It wasn't always easy to balance our goals, and sometimes we had to make tough trade-offs.

Since we built all of this in the open, we had tons of help. Developers started using our code shortly after the first check-in, and have been sending us feedback on our mailing list ever since. Being able to see the extensions people were trying to build and the problems they faced made it more fun to design the system, and motivated us to keep fixing the bugs.

Today, we're really happy to release a beta of extensions that begins to deliver on our initial vision. Extensions are as easy to create as webpages. Users can install and uninstall them quickly without restart, and extensions have a great polished look that fits in with Google Chrome's minimalist aesthetic. When developers upload an extension it is available to users immediately, with limited restrictions and manual reviews only in a few situations.

On the technical side, we've been able to use Google Chrome's multiprocess architecture to help keep extensions stable and safe. And Chromium's extensive performance monitoring infrastructure has helped us ensure extensions affect Google Chrome's speed as little as possible. You can learn more details about the internals of our system in the videos below.

We still have a long way to go - next up, we're going to be working hard to get extensions to all Google Chrome users, and we're already brainstorming the next set of API improvements. Oh and, we should also fix some bugs ;-).
