I had this problem last week. It looks like ghost in your mouse pointer. because it moves without moving the mouse. Somebody will afraid of this & think there is a virus that makes the difference.. But the actual problem is not that (95%). The problem is with the dust in your mouse.
The dust and liquid particles will easily occupy the bottom of mouse. The exact place is shown in the image above. So that, To avoid this problem, we must clean our mouse's bottom region for every 5 days.. That's all.. simple but useful..
