WHY MY GOOGLE ADSENSE ACCOUNT NOT APPROVED - FEELING BAD

             I was going on resubmitting my Google Adsense Application, but they are always sending me back a same mail saying 

"Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after
reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into Google AdSense
at this time.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Actually i did so many modifications to my blog in terms of design and contents. Only the Googler has to help me. Now I am feeling bad due to this. because so many of my friends,who were started their blog after mine have approved. My next plan is to get a top-level domain for my blog(to get adsense approval). If any of you have the same problem, please share your experience here through comments.
